YOUTH PASTOR

We are seeking a part-time (2-day) Youth Pastor to join our staff team.

The Youth Pastor provides pastoral oversight and strategic direction to BMBC’s youth ministry. The role’s initial emphasis will be re-energising the youth ministry. The role description can be found below.

Key responsibilities include planning, pastoral care and discipleship, building relationships and leading volunteers.  The position sits within a larger intergenerational ministry team, therefore the youth pastor would be in a supportive learning culture with room to develop in the role.
