Footprints Playgroup

ABOUT

Playgroup is a wonderful chance for children and adults to make new friends and have experiences through play.

Each week we include indoor activities in our sessions. The playroom is set up for many different types of play. There is a craft and painting area, a dress-up and kitchen corner, cars and trains to name a few.

During the morning we break for a snack. You are required to bring your own for your child because of allergies. Tea and coffee is provided for the adults. We include outdoor activities during the morning also. These include a sandpit and ride on toys.

We finish our session with a story and songs.

Playgroups run during school terms at the Beaumaris site. Term 2 2026 has commenced with final playgroup on 24th June

Mondays: 10am-11:30am

Tuesdays: 10am -11:30am

We cater for all ages from 0-4 years.

What to Bring

Please bring a snack for your child’s morning tea. We are allergen aware – NO PEANUTS please.

SunSmart
In Terms 1 and 4 we must have hats and sunscreen on otherwise your child won’t be able to go outside. There are spare hats available.

Birthdays
We love to celebrate birthdays with you and your child. We sing happy birthday and your child will receive a card from playgroup.

Safety First

Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the session.

All our volunteers hold a Working with Children Check and Police Check, and we follow all required safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for your children.
